Inquiries and estimates
We provide swift estimates based on product drawings, production standards, and long-term demand forecasts. We can also consider and propose options according to target prices.
Prototyping
Prototyping is carried out with dedicated prototype machines with the assumption of mass production. Through the prototype production process, we examine the machining standard surface, process order, cutting tool design, etc., and use this information to design processes for and evaluate mass production lines.
Packaging design
In order to prevent cosmetic defects such as scratches and dents that are unique to gears, we make various improvements to the shipping boxes used for delivery to customers, contributing to quality.
Mass production prototyping
We carry out through production using the regular processes or a mass production line that conforms to these processes, and resolve the issues in advance that may arise during mass production. Delivery forms and distribution routes are also determined at this time.
Mass production
In order not to hinder the start of production by our customers, we will plan in-house production schedules, such as worker training and securing liquid inventory, and establish a robust system as soon as possible.
