ORGANIZATION
By clarifying the roles of each function, we aim to streamline the organization and build an efficient management system.


Manufacturing Department
We produce mass-produced items on an automated line centered around NC machines in two-shifts. In order to efficiently produce gears from raw materials in an integrated manner, we have established a production line based on the Toyota production system, which emphasizes "one-piece flow" and "automation." We have also achieved manpower saving through our transport equipment designed in-house.

Production Technology Department
In addition to production preparation operations such as process design, equipment evaluation, and work procedure determination, we design and manufacture transport equipment, storage units, and special-purpose machines that support our automated production lines. This allows us to keep equipment costs down and build a system that can supply better products at lower prices.

Production Management Department
In order to satisfy long-term customer demand and maintain an efficient production system, we review line configurations and improve the productivity of production lines. We also contribute to improving delivery quality by designing logistics, determining delivery methods, formulating in-house production plans, and managing progress.

Operations Department
There are various functions such as human resources, accounting, legal affairs, information security, and infrastructure management, with main focus on sales functions such as quotations and receiving orders, supply functions such as raw materials and subcontracted processing arrangements, and procurement functions for auxiliary manufacturing materials. This department plays a fundamental role in the company as a contact point for external stakeholders.
