PHILOSOPHY

We will serve society by
creating good products,
good companies,
and good people.

MESSAGE

Our management philosophy does not mean just providing good products.

As all employees build an organization that can continue to produce good products, each employee who has grown into a better member of society brings what they have learned back to their family and community, and gives back to the society with a positive impact. We represent such an ideal.

As a specialized manufacturer of precision small gears, we have cultivated our unique technology and expertise over the past 70 years. Currently, we primarily produce gears for various automotive drive systems, and through our customers, our products are installed in vehicles of car manufacturers worldwide. In recent years, we have begun direct transactions with overseas manufacturers, receiving high evaluations, and there has been a steady increase in export volume.

In order to address the challenging task of balancing "high quality and cost-effectiveness," we have been working on the integration and automation of our production lines from an early stage, while also honing our gear processing technology. Our integrated production lines are automated using specialized machines and transport equipment developed in-house, and our customers trust us highly not only for the quality and price of the products produced, but also for the speed with which the production lines are launched. Going forward, we will strive to be the world's leading specialized gear manufacturer and extensively contribute to society through gear production.
